贵州花江峡谷不同生境条件下艳山姜茎的解剖研究

摘    要:在光学显微镜下,比较观察了贵州花江峡谷不同生境下艳山姜茎的解剖学特征。结果表明,不同生境下的艳山姜解剖学特征有一定差异。从茎的横切面看,酸性干旱环境中的艳山姜,具表皮毛和较厚的角质层;基本组织中有大而多的空气腔和油细胞分布;维管束呈近球形和半月形。而在碱性潮湿环境中,艳山姜茎的表皮层十分光滑,无表皮毛,角质层薄;基本组织中空腔小而少,油细胞也较少;维管束呈近球形。

Abstract:In the valley of Huajiang in Guizhou, we put the stem of Alpinia zerumbetas the study subject. Under the microscope, we obversed the structure of its stem. The result showed that the structure of stem is different in different habitats. From the cross section of the stem, in the sour droughty environment, the structure of Alpinia zerumbethas following characters. The epidermis has epidermal hair and cuticle. Tthere are lots of air passages and oil cells in the elementary tissue; Vascular bundle takes on about globe and luniform. But in alkalescencet moist nvironment, the epidermis,whose surface has no epidermal hair, and the cuticle is thin ; The air passage is little and less, in the elementary tissue, The quantity of oil cell is less as well.The vascular bundle takes on about globe.
