中国对虾配合饵料化学评价法的研究

摘    要:本文对中国对虾配合饵料营养价值的化学评价法进行了研究。评价内容包括必需氨基酸指数(EAAI)、蛋白价(PS)、必需氨基酸比例和必需氨基酸供求比。通过各种分析结果及实际投喂试验的比较,认为利用几个化学指标综合评价,能反映饵料的营养价值,而且具有显著的应用价值,方法较简单,省工省时。

Abstract:A chemical evaluation method for estimating the nutritive value of compound feeds for Penaeus orientalis is described and its merits, as well as limitations, discussed. The method evaluates the quality of a compound feed en the basis of its essential amino acid (EAA) index, protein score, EAA proportions, EAA supply and demand ratio, and other nutrition indices. It is simpler than both the biological and the physiological-biochemical evaluation methods. Two years of animal experiments have shown that results of evaluation by this method adequately reflect the nutritive value of feeds.
