钨硅酸催化合成缩醛(酮)

摘    要:研究了以钨硅酸为催化剂,由醛(酮)与醇直接反应制缩醛(酮),适宜的反应条件为:醛(酮)与醇的物质的量比为1:2.5(mol/mol),每摩尔醛(酮)用催化剂0.5g,以环己烷为带水剂,后处理简单,无“三废”污染。

Abstract:The catalytic synthesis of acetals by use of tungsten silicic acid from aldehyde and alco-hol reacting directly was researched. The available reacting conditions are the molar ratio of aldehyde and alcohol by 1/2. 5(mol/mol);the amount of catalyzer by 0. 5 g/mol aldelydetand the water-carrying a-gent by cyclohexane. The aftertreatment is simple and no"three waste pollutions".
