| 摘 要： | 以口腔保健精饲喂SD大鼠75d,观察口腔保健精对动物的体重、血细胞及脏器指数的影响,并进行了急性毒性试验.结果表明,高剂量组在15～60d内体重增加值与对照组相比显著增加,在15、30和0～70d内体重净增加值明显高于对照组,提示口腔保健精具有一定的促进生长发育作用.口腔保健精还能增加动物的胸腺指数,与对照组相比有显著性差异血细胞和脏器指数测定结果表明,各组测定指标均在正常范围内波动,一般观察和大体解剖均未发现异常.急性毒性试验中的LD50大于15000mg/kg,说明动物长期服用口腔保健精是安全无毒的.

| Abstract: | The effects were studied on body weight, blood cell content and viscera index, by feeding OHSP for 75 days at a dosage of 400 mg/kg and 1 500mg/kg. The results indicated that high dosage OHSP can significantly raised the body weight in 15-60 days, net body weight growth were bigger than control groups in 15,30 and 0 - 70 days, low and high dosage OHSP can significantly raised thymus index, low and high dosage OHSP of blood cell content and viscera index were in normal ranges changes. Abnormal phenomena was not found in general observation and dissect. The acute toxicity test indicated that OHSP of LD50 was big than 15000mg/kg, it was showed that OHSP was safety and avirulent substance. |
