摘    要:准确地识别软件项目中存在的风险并对风险加以分析是保证软件项目成功的关键因素之一.分析了影响软件项目风险的六个因素,提出了一种灰色的评价方法.即以采用AHP方法与熵值法相结合来确定软件项目各风险的权重;以改进的灰色关联度为决策单元,求得软件项目风险的灰色贴近度,从而对软件项目风险进行排序.通过实例分析可知,该方法可以定量准确的评价软件项目的风险.

Abstract:Risk identification and risk analyze are the key elements affecting software project success. Analyzing six factors which affect the risk of software project, the paper proposes a grey method of risk assessment. It combines AHP method and entropy method to confirm the risk weight of software project, and then use the combined weight and grey correlation analysis method to calculate the improved grey correlation degree. Finally, grey approach degree of the risk of software project can be obtained by using improved grey correlation degree as decision-making unit. Then it ranks the risk of software according to the grey approach degree. The case study shows that it can quantitatively evaluate the risk of software project.
