| 摘 要： | 对６２例直肠癌病人发病症状和综合治疗的近期疗效进行分析。结果：（１）对有大便习惯改变（８２３％）、便血（７１１％）症状的病人应及时行直肠指检及钡双重造影和内窥镜检查，以免误诊、漏诊。（２）术后放疗对降低局部复发率和延长复发时间有明确效果；姑息放疗对缓解病人疼痛、便血症状，改善生存质量有良好效果

| Abstract: | Objective: To analyze the effect of combination therapy in 62 patients with adenocarcinoma of rectum.Results: (1)Patients who has the symptoms of change in bowel habit(82.3%),bleeding with mucous discharge (71.0%) should have examinations,including rectal palpation by finger,double-contrast barium enema and endoscopy.(2)Post-operative irradiation is effective on reducing the local recurrence rate and extending the interval of relapse;Palliative radiotherapy can relieve the symptoms of pain and bleeding with mucous discharge,and improve the quality of life. |
