| 摘 要： | 抗战时期，面对日军的轰炸，国民政府在防空方面建立了由防护机构、空袭救济机构、紧急避难机构组成的防空防护体制。以遭受日军两次轰炸的三台县为例，探究这些机构的建立、其在防空袭中的具体工作及特点。
