| 摘 要： | 目的探讨子宫切除不同术式的手术效果。方法23例筋膜内子宫切除术(A组)与同期23例经典式子宫切除术(B组)对比,测定两组手术时间、术中出血量、术后排气时间。结果筋膜内子宫切除术的手术时间、术中出血量均少于经典式子宫切除术。两者之间差异有显著性,而肛门排气时间、术后病率无差异。结论筋膜内子宫切除术具有手术时间短、术中出血少的优点。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the effect of surgery on hysterectomy different operations.Methods:23 cases intra fascia hysterectomy(group A) and 23 patients with the same period classic hysterectomy(group B) contrast petermination of operating time,blood loss,postoperative exhaust time.Results:The intra fascia hysterectomy operating time,bleeding was less than classic hysterectomy,It is significant difference between the two and no difference in postoperative exhaust time,morbidity rate flatus.Conclusion:Intrafascia hysterectomy have advantages of operation time,blood loss fewer. |
