摘    要:研究了氯化聚乙烯与苯乙烯、丙烯腈的接枝共聚物(CPE-g-AS)对高密度聚乙烯/苯乙稀-丙烯腈聚物(HDPE/AS)共混体系热性能、力学性能及形态的影响,差示扫描热量法(DSC)测度表明采用CPE-g-AS作为HDPE/AS共混体系的增容剂增加了两相间的相互作用力,扫描电镜SEM照片显示分散相的粒子尺寸明显减少,CPE-g-AS有效的提高了共混体系的力学性能。

Abstract:The blends of high_density polyethylene (HDPE) and styrene_acrylonitrile copolymer (AS) were compatibilized by the graft copolymer of styrene and acrylonitrile onto chloronated polyethylene (CPE_g_AS).And the effects of CPE_g_AS contents on thermal properties, mechanical properties and morphology of HDPE/AS blends were investigated. DSC results indicated that CPE_g_AS could improve the interaction between the two components. SEM micrographs showed that the compatibilizer CPE_g_AS could reduce the dispersed phase size and brought about an improvement of the tensile strength of the blends. The introduction of compatibilizer CPE_g_AS effectively improved the physical mechanical properties of HDPE/AS blends.
