一体化两相厌氧反应器处理猪场废水的启动研究

摘    要:采用自行设计的一体化两相厌氧反应器处理猪场废水,对启动过程进行研究。在37℃条件下,通过交替增加进水COD浓度和缩短水利停留时间提高系统的容积负荷,采用动力学控制与pH调节相结合的方法进行分相。经过68天的运行,系统的容积负荷 (VLR) 达到8.84 kgCOD/(m3?d) ,水力停留时间(HRT)为20.95h, 产酸相的COD去除率基本维持在20~30%,系统COD去除率稳定在80%以上。其中产酸相的VLR和HRT分别为31.11 kg COD/(m3?d) 和5.95 h,产甲烷相的VLR和HRT分别为9.39 kg COD/(m3?d)和15 h。出水SS均在400 mg/L以下,去除率最高可达92.8%,沼气的容积产气率达到2.568 m3/( m3?d)。

Study on the Start-Up of Integrated Two-Phase Anaerobic Reactor Treating Swine Manure Wastewater
Abstract:An integrated two-phase anaerobic reactor was designed to treat swine manure wastewater, and the start-up process was investigated in this experiment. Volumetric Loading Rate (VLR) of the system was raised by increasing influent COD concentration and decreasing Hydraulic Retention Time (HRT) alternatively at 37℃. Acidogenic and methanogenic phases were seperated through controlling VLR in combination with adjusting pH of the influent. The results, obtained from a 68 -day operation, showed that overall,20~30% COD removal efficiency in the acidogenic phase and above 80% COD removal efficiency in the whole system were achieved respectively at a VLR of 8.84 kg COD/(m3?d) and a HRT of 20.95 h. The acidogenic phase was operated up to a VLR of 31.11 kg COD/(m3?d) with a HRT of 5.95 h whereas the methanogenic phase was loaded up to a VLR of 9.39 kg COD/(m3?d) with a HRT of 15 h. Suspended solid (SS) in the effluent were all blow 400 mg/L, and the highest SS removal efficiency of 92.8% was achieved. Volumetric biogas production rate reached 2.568 m3/( m3?d).
