| 摘 要： | 从实验教学角度 ,探讨如何充分利用实验室的人力物力资源 ,培养学生基本能力 ,并通过改进和完善实验室的管理 ,使其在培养未来人才方面发挥更大的作用。从长远的观点来看 ,注重培养学生基本能力 ,提高他们的综合素质 ,是一项比接受知识更为重要的任务。综合素质是未来人才所应具备的基本素质。
