基于快速牛顿法的自正交变换域(N-SO-TRLMS)算法研究

摘    要:提出一种能够较好改善剩余误差性能的低复杂度自正交变换域(N-SO-TRLMS)改进算法,该算法基于快速牛顿算法的思想,降低了SO-TRLMS算法中近似变换对输入逆矩阵的估计误差;理论推导了改进算法的误码率解析表达式,分析了剩余误差和运算复杂度;静态和动态干扰环境下的仿真结果表明:改进算法在保持快速收敛特征的前提下,表现出较小的剩余误差和较强的鲁棒性。

Abstract:An improved N-SO-TRLMS algorithm was proposed which has low compute complication,and this algorithm can improve performance in MSE.This algorithm is based on the ideology of fast Newton algorithm,by reducing the estimate errors of approximately transform,and it can obtain the better performance than SO-TRLMS;theory analysis shows BER and residual error expression of improved algorithm,and computer simulations in static and dynamic state show that the improved algorithm conquers the shortcoming of large remain error in SO-TRLMS,and remains fast convergence characteristic,and it exhibits better MSE characteristic and moronism characteristic.
