| Abstract: | The paper studied classification of deviation, reasons and improving methods in the course of middle and long distance shots. The purposes are to provide a theoretical basis for the athletes and coaches to improve technical motions of shot, and to make their motions standardijation, thus to increase the percentage of shot hits. |
