| Abstract: | In order to improve the construction of the teaching laboratory technical contingent in Hainan University and to adapt it to the new requirements demanded by higher education during new period and under new situation, aiming at the present situation of the construction of laboratory technical contingent,the author discusses how to overall enhance the moral quality, professional skill, managing ability of the teaching laboratory technician. |
