| Abstract: | In recent years, our countrys real estate market has unusual expression and the housing price going up quickly. The quickly rising of the housing price has led a series of social problems. Controlling the over-heat of the real estate and stabilizing the housing price have become the strategy emphasis of the macro-control in our country. So the government should make intervention and find the practical measures to control the going up of the housing price. |
