MA-VAc微波辐射共聚合及其水解物的吸水性能

摘    要:以丙酮为溶剂,以N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂,研究了MA-VAc交联共聚物的微波辐射溶液聚合制备,考察了微波功率、辐照时间、单体配比、溶剂用量等对产物收率的影响,并进一步将MA-VAc共聚物进行水解,研究其水解产物的吸水性能.

Abstract:A super absorbent resin, which is a cross-linked hydrolytic copolymer , was synthesized by mean of solution copolymerization of methyl acrylate and vinyl acetate under microwave irradiation. The effect of the power, irradiation time, concentration of methyl acrylate, the amount of initiator, cross-linker and solvent on the conversion and the swelling capacity of the resin were studied.
