非线性思维下的促发与组织--当前几种创新管理新模式述析

在创新影响因素越来越复杂、创新的可能空间越来越不确定而创新又愈益重要的境况下，以传统创新理论与传统创新模式来组织促发创新有着明显的局限性。创新新模式与新理论随即应运而生。本文认为这些新模式走出了线性思维的轨道。与早期把创新行为过于简单化相比，是一种质的进步与飞跃。它们强调了创新组织内部影响因素之间、内部因素与外部因素之间、各种影响因素与创新发生之间的关联性，以度是有多种影响因素在共同决定并演绎着创新的轨迹与速率。当前时期对创新行为的管理就应充分认识这些创新新模式。以非线性的思维创设良好的创新环境。从而组织与促发创新。

These new models have put emphasis on the relation of the inside influence factors in the innovating organizes, between the inside factors and the external factors, between the various kinds of influence factors and innovation performance. At present, we should be familiar with fully these new models, organize and inspire innovation with the non-linear thinking.
