| Abstract: | During the period of National Government of Nanjing from 1927 to 1937,the traditional Chinese concept of retirement were changing because of the western influence of the pension insurance.Some regions,departments and enterprises made the regulations of the workers' retirement pension,and these regulations were implemented to a certain extent. |
