鲶的胚胎及成体主要组织中乳酸脱氢酶同工酶分析

摘    要:本试验采用了圆盘管状聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳的方法,分析了鲶的个体发育过程中的四个阶段和成体的八种组织中乳酸脱氢酶同工酶,表明乳酸脱氢酶同工酶在个体发育阶段表现出显著的生长期特异性,在成鱼不同组织中的分布,表现出明显的组织特异性。并探讨了其生长期特异性和组织特异性与鲶的生长发育和各器官组织的生理代谢的关系。

Abstract:iCtate dehydrogenase (LDH) isozymes of four Periods of embryo during growth and eight kindsof full-grown of Silurus asotus were analyzed with polyacrylamide gel disc electrophoresis.The result show that the LDH isoenzymes electrophoretic P8tterns exhibited a growth-stage specificity during growth,and a tissue-specificity of full-grown's different tissues.The relation of the growth-stage specificity and the tissue-specificity of LDH isoZymes withmetabolic activity in different organisms and during growth is consistent.
