短跑伸髋高摆扒地技术探析

摘    要:短跑技术的动作结构从“伸膝蹬地”到“伸髋高摆扒地”的转变,使参与技术动作的身体各部位的肌肉用力和骨杠杆工作方式也发生了相应变化。“伸膝蹬地”强调发展大腿前群的股四头肌及小腿后群的三头肌;而“伸髋高摆扒地”则把腰、髋及大腿根部的诸肌肉群视为最大动力源泉,强调以发挥身体中心地位的肌肉力量为主导来带动其他各部位肌肉力量的发挥,这一动作结构的变化,是以整体速度节葵结构为导向,以提高全程跑速为目标,使参与短跑技术动作的肌肉用力合理性,集中性,力量传递的有效性,贡献力量和利用率得到了提高。

Abstract:The conversion of sprint technique structure from stretching knee onto stretching hip, high swinging to cling the ground will result in the relative changes in every muscle of body related to the movement and working way of the leverage between the bones. Stretching knee to drive attaches great importance to the development of quadriceps and triceps surae;whereas the muscle in waist, hip and near thigh are regarded as source of force, and makes center muscle of body as core lead other muscle to work. The changes emotion structure works under the guide of the whole speed rhythmic structure in order to improve the velocity of full distance as well as the rationalization, the centralization of the force generated in sprint, the effect of force transmission and the efficiency in utilizing force.
