电石渣对大掺量粉煤灰水泥砂浆影响的研究

摘    要:研究了电石渣及其它激发剂对高掺量粉煤灰水泥砂浆物理化学性能的影响.分别探讨了化学激发,机械粉磨及水热激发对粉煤灰一水泥系统的影响程度.实验结果表明,电石渣及其它激发剂的加入会增加水泥砂浆的用水量、能促进强度的发展,经水热法预处理的电石渣和粉煤灰混合物可使复合水泥砂浆28 d抗压强度达到47.6 Mpa.

Abstract:This paper research on the influence of carbide slag and other activators on the physical and chemical properties of cement mortar with great quantity of fly ash.In this experiment,the influence of chemical activation,molar activation and hydrothermal activation on the system of cement and fly ash are investigated.Results show that carbide slag and other activators can enhance water requirement of normal consistency and the strength.The mixture of fly ash and carbide slag which was pre-processed by hydrothe...
