| 摘 要： | 高等教育大众化后,应用型人才成为各非研究型院校的人才培养目标。本文介绍了地方本科院校围绕人才培养目标,构建综合实践能力的人才培养体系;通过加强实践教学环节,开放实验室,加强校外实践基地建设,开展产学研合作教育,校企联合培养学生应用能力。

| Abstract: | With the development of higher education,obtaining knowledge in universities is no longer an exclusive right for elites.Therefore,to cultivate talents with practical skills becomes the objective of many non-research-oriented colleges and institutions.Introducing the educational system of some local colleges which focuses on cultivating comprehensive and practical skills in students,this thesis constructs a comprehensive educational system by enforcing on the training of vocational skills,the adoption of open laboratories,the establishment of out-of-campus internship institutions,the research of cooperative education between colleges and enterprises. |
