| 摘 要： | 人的心理和谐内涵于马克思主义关于人的全面和自由发展的价值追求之中，它既具有工具价值，更具有目的价值．实现人的心理和谐，必须坚持以人为本的价值路径，尊重人的主体地位，实现人的基本利益，满足人的基本需要，关注人的发展潜能，提升人的整体素质．

| Abstract: | People＇s psychological harmony, reflected in Maxism＇s thought of people＇s all-round and free development pursuit, has instrumental value and objective value. By keeping people-oriented value, respecting individual＇s subject status, realizing people＇s basic needs, paying close attention to individual＇s development potential, and improving people＇s overall quality, people＇s psychological harmony can be realized. |
