| 摘 要： | ERP系统的核心是实现企业内部资源的优化配置,有助于提高企业生产效率和市场响应能力,而电子商务的核心是如何加速企业和企业之间的沟通.两者对于企业而言,其作用非常重要,缺一不可,它们之间的融合是实现企业管理信息化的必经之路和趋势.文章着重论述了ERP与电子商务的关系及其整合的必要性,并且对ERP与电子商务整合的方向和策略进行了探讨.

| Abstract: | The main two tasks of the enterprise informatization are to develop the background enterprise resource planning(ERP) system and the foreground E business system. Although the integration of the ERP and E business is carried on at a high speed presently, it is still imperfect. In this paper, the relationship of the ERP and E business is discussed,and the structure of the integration system and the strategies and directions of such integration are analyzed. |
