不同基质和容器对铁皮石斛生长和生理特性的影响

摘    要:以树皮和水苔为栽培基质,黑色营养杯、白色营养杯和穴盘3种容器进行铁皮石斛组培苗移栽生长研究,通过植株形态、光合色素、蛋白质以及多糖含量等生理特性变化,筛选出适宜铁皮石斛组培苗生长的栽培基质和容器.结果表明:树皮基质能显著提高铁皮石斛的鲜质量、干物质质量分数、株高和节间距等生长指标,提高铁皮石斛叶片和茎干的蛋白质质量分数;而水苔基质能显著提高叶片中叶绿素a、叶绿素b、总叶绿素质量分数以及类胡萝卜素的质量分数,促进铁皮石斛多糖质量分数的提高.3种容器中以6cm×6cm规格的黑色营养杯最有利于铁皮石斛植株的生长和多糖的形成.

Abstract:This study is conducted to analyze the growth of tissue culture seedlings of Dendrobium officinale K.Kimura et Migo in 2 organic substrata of 3 plug sizes in greenhouse.The results show that turf bark can significantly improve fresh weight,dry matter content,plant height,internode distance and other growth indicators,raising the protein content of Dendrobium officinale K.Kimura et Migo.However,moss substrate can significantly enhance the content of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b,total chlorophyll and carotenoid,improving polysaccharides content of Dendrobium officinale K.Kimura et Migo.It is best for plant growth and improvement of polysaccharide from Dendrobium officinale K.Kimura et Migo of 6cm × 6cm black nutritional specifications cup in three kinds of containers.
