摘    要:为了研究基于一定路面谱下常规车速对轿车平顺性的影响,在ADAMS/CAR多体系统下,基于实际车型的主要特性参数建立包含悬架等子系统的多体整车模型,参照相关车辆平顺性道路试验方法,探讨了路面谱的建立方法,对3种常规车速工况进行平顺性仿真分析,分别获取各车速下的三轴向加速度时间历程,利用MAT-LAB编制程序计算各车速下三轴向总加权加速度均方根值;在类同于B级路面谱的某机场路进行3种稳速工况下道路试验,同样可获取各车速工况下三轴向总加权加速度均方根值.对比研究发现,总加权加速度均方根值随车速的变化趋势基本一致,且车速变大时平顺性降低,表明仿真试验与道路试验的一致性较好.

Abstract:To investigate how the normal driving-speed affects car’s ride comfort under a kind of road surface profiles,in ADAMS/CAR,the multi-body vehicle model including suspensions has been built based on the characteristic parameters of a actual car.According to the relevant test regulations of ride comfort,the building methods of road surface profiles have been discussed,simulation analysis of vehicle ride comfort have been performed to get the acceleration-time histories of the seat surface’s X/Y/Z-axis under three normal driving-speeds.A special MATLAB program has been compiled to calculate the value of total weighted RMS acceleration by calling the above histories.The road test of ride comfort under three stable driving-speeds has been executed in an airport runway of the approximate road surface profiles(B level) to get the value of total weighted RMS acceleration under three normal driving-speeds.By comparing the results of simulation analysis and road test,it shows that the changing trend of total weighted RMS acceleration is consistent as the driving speed changes,and the ride comfort will decrease when the driving-speed increases.At the same time,it shows that the consistency of the simulation test and road test is better.
