| Abstract: | The dual characters of homogenization in Chinese universities are explored and the causes for the homogenization are discussed from the aspect of organization environment.Constructive strategies including the idea of running universities, the autonomy of running universities, speciality setup, classified evaluation and college culture are offerred for the sake of providing references for the healthy development of universities in China. |
