静电收集器的研制及其在热喷涂法制备粉末中的应用

摘    要:根据静电收集原理结合热喷涂制备粉末的特性,试制了适合于热喷涂制粉的静电收集器。用冷喷Al2O3粉末、石墨粉末、Al粉末以及热喷涂的方式对收集器的收集效率进行了测试。结果表明,影响静电收集器收集效率的参数有电压大小、板板间距、粉末类别等;静电收集器收集到的粉末是微细粉末。

Abstract:Based on the principium of static electronic collection in combining with characteristics of preparing powders by thermal spray, the flat static recipients suitable for thermal spray powders are trial-prepared.The collection efficiency of flat static recipients are tested using cold spraying Al_2O_3 powders,graphite powders,and Al powders as well as the thermal spray.Research results indicate that the parameters affecting the collecting efficiency of flat static recipients include the magnitudes of electric voltage, distance between electrode plates and types of powders,etc.The powders collected by the flat static recipients are the minuteness powders.
