钛酸丁酯-乙酸钡溶胶系统中的化学机制

摘    要:为用溶胶-凝胶技术制备BaTiO3薄膜,以乙酸钡、钛酸丁酯、乙酸、乙醇等为原料配制的前驱溶液系统,加入适量的乙酰丙酮螯合剂,可得到性能稳定的溶胶;利用FTIR分析,揭示了该溶液系统中的相关的化学反应机制。分析结果表明:该溶液系统的胶化主要取决于钛酸丁酯的逐步水解并与包括乙酸钡在内的其他有机分子的聚合;乙酸不仅作为乙酸钡的溶剂,而且能有效地减缓钛酸丁酯的水解速率而维持溶胶的稳定性;乙酰丙酮螯合剂的引入能控制金属有机分子的聚合度。

Abstract:To prepare BaTiO 3 thin film by Sol Gel technology, the steady Ba Ti sol was synthesized from precursor solution of titanium butoxide, barium acetate, acetic acid and ethanol with acetylacetone as a chelating agent. By FTIR analysis, the chemical mechanism of relative reaction occurring in the solution was disclosed. The results show that gelling of the solution system depends on gradually hydrolysis of titanium butoxide and polymerization with other organic group line as well as barium acetate. Acetic acid acts not only as a solvent, but also as a steady agent to reduce hydrolysis rate of titanium butoxide. Acetylacetone was introduced as a chelating agent to control polymerizing degree of the metal organic molecule group line.
