微型神经信号采集与处理系统

摘    要:为获得清醒动物行为的神经活动记录,以可编程片上系统(Programmable System on Chip,PSoC)为核心建立了微型、便携式记录系统,并经长期植入的电极与鼠大脑皮层连接。用PSoC芯片CY8C29466实现了信号的放大、滤波、A/D转换和串行通讯等功能,信号处理用LabVIEW虚拟仪器技术完成。研究结果显示该系统可以真实地记录和分析神经元细胞外放电活动,连续记录可以达7天以上。

Abstract:To collect the neural activity data from the behavior of awake animals,we have developed a miniaturized implanting recording system by the modern chip,which is the programmable system on chip(PSoC) and the chronic electrode in the cortex.With the family member CY8C29466 of PSoC,the system completed such functions as the amplification,filtering,timing,A/D converting,and serial communication of signals,etc.The signal processing was dealt with virtual instrument technology — LabVIEW.The result shows that the system is able to record and analyze the electric discharge activities outside the neurons for time periods of a week or more.
