江西老区农村初中生心理健康状况及其影响因素

利用症状自评量表（SCL-90）、青少年生活事件量表（ASLEC）和社会支持评定量表（SSRS）对376名江西老区农村初中生进行测查，结果表明：江西老区农村初中生心理健康水平显著低于全国中学生心理健康水平，其心理问题主要表现为人际敏感、强迫症状、敌对、抑郁和恐怖；在躯体化、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖和其他等5个因子上均存在显著性别差异，男生心理健康水平优于女生；在躯体化、强迫症状、人际敏感、抑郁、焦虑、偏执、精神病性和其他等8个因子上，老区农村初中生均存在极其显著年级差异。人际关系、健康适应、学习压力和支持利用度对老区农村初中生心理健康有显著预测作用。

A Study on Mental Health Status and Its Influential Factors of Rural Primary Middle School Students

Symptom Checklist-90 （SCL-90）, Adolescence Life Event Scale（ASLEC）and Social Support Rate Scale （SSRS） were utilized to evaluate 376 students from rural primary middle schools in China, and the results indicated that： the mental health status of the participants of this study were significantly lower than that of the normal, the foremost manifestations were interpersonal sensitivity,forced symptom,hostility, depression and phobia. It was found that there were significant differences between different genders in five factors,including physical symptoms, depression ,anxiety,phobia and others. It also demonstrated that there were significant differences among different grades in physical symptoms,forced symptom ,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,anxiety,paranoid and psychotic disorder, interpersonal sensitivity,health adaptation, study pressure and support-using degree can anticipate the mental health status.
