| 摘 要： | 目前水资源开发利用对环境造成的有利与不利影响都很显著，在分析江苏省水资源及其开发利用的基本特点的基础上，着重分析水资源开发利用中对环境不利影响的一面，并从促进江苏经济发展和改善环境出发，提出相应的对策和措施。 |
