| 摘 要： | 企业生态化建设是运用生态学思想设立企业远景目标．追求企业生态经济效益的发展，以提高劳动生产率，构建经济功能新模式．分析我国企业生态化建设缺乏成效的原因及企业和政府之间的搏弈关系，提出企业在进行生态化建设时．应在政府的宏观调控下，建立完善的、适应市场机制的环境经济政策体系，运用经济手段和法律手段相结合的方式建立一套完整的引导、鼓励机制．

| Abstract: | The ecological construction of enterprises is to set up the enterprise prospective aim and pursue the development of the enterprise in ecological and economical return.It will improve the productivity and form a new model of economical function.Following measures will be good for enterprises to coordinate economy,ecosystem and society in the sustainable development: to analyze reasen of the ecological construction of enterprises in China has no effect so far and the game relation between enterprises and government;to set up a perfect system of economical and environmental polices adaptive to market mechanism under the government macro-economic control and adjustment;to set up a perfect leading and encouraging mechanism by combining economical and lawful measure. |
