一种拓宽微型单管燃烧室流量范围的调节装置

摘    要:为了能够拓宽微型单管燃烧室稳定燃烧的流量范围,设计了一种调节装置.利用CFD软件Fluent对微型单管燃烧室的内部冷态流场进行数值模拟,得到微型单管燃烧室主要结构参数对内部流场形态的影响规律并确定了其主要结构参数.通过冷态数值模拟,得到了调节装置对微型单管燃烧室内部流场的调节作用;通过试验研究,证明所设计的调节装置能够实现对单管燃烧室的稳定燃烧流量进行调节,从而扩大了该燃烧室的稳定燃烧流量范围.

Abstract:In order to extend the steady working flow range of micro can combustor,an adjusting device has been proposed.By means of CFD software package,the numerical simulation of the flow field without reaction in micro can combustor was implemented,and impacts of geometric parameters on flow field were determined.The simulation result gives the detail guide to complete the technical design of the micro can combustor.Further,simulation also show that the proposed adjusting device can change the flow field,and may p...
