恒力弹簧的载荷-变形特性分析

摘    要:作者围绕恒力弹簧的恒力效果问题,利用变形能分段法对恒力弹簧的载荷-变形特性进行了详细的分析与研究,得到了恒力区内弹簧载荷随变形变化的规律.在此基础上,通过实例计算比较了不同制造工艺(正卷和反卷)下恒力弹簧的载荷-变形特性,同时分析了卷筒直径对恒力弹簧特性的影响规律.研究结果表明,这种分析方法更为精确,可用于指导恒力弹簧的设计.

Abstract:The load-deflection behaviors of constant force spring are analyzed and discussed systematically by using the principle of potential energy subsections.Then,an example is given for comparing their load-deflection behaviors when constant force spring is frontwound and backwound respectively.In addition,the effects of the diameter of drum on the spring's characteristics are obtained.The results show that the principle of potential energy subsections can cause a result quite accurately and be used as a guide f...
