平面正弦钢球传动机构接触力影响因素分析

摘    要:建立了平面正弦钢球传动机构的钢球接触力分析模型,在MATLAB中使用Newton-Raphson的方法绘制出主动圆盘正弦轨道对钢球的接触力、保持架活动槽对钢球的接触力以及从动圆盘正弦轨道对钢球的接触力随主动圆盘转角的变化曲线。同时,以正弦曲线振幅、平面正弦曲线槽周期、法线圆半径以及正弦轨道截面圆半径为基础,使用控制变量的方法进行数值模拟,归纳出平面正弦钢球传动机构中基本结构参数单独改变时钢球接触力曲线特性的变化规律。最后,将设计经验与理论数值相结合确定了机构中基本结构参数的取值,为平面正弦钢球传动机构中钢球接触力的优化设计提供了理论依据。

Abstract:The contact force analysis model of the planar sinusoidal ball transmission mechanism was established, and the contact force between the sinusoidal track of the active disk and the ball, the contact force of the movable groove of the cage and the contact force of the sinusoidal track of the driven disk with the angle of the active disk were drawn by Newton-Raphson method in MATLAB. At the same time, based on sinusoidal curve amplitude, plane sinusoidal groove period, normal circle radius and sinusoidal track section radius, numerical simulation was carried out by using the method of control variables, and the variation law of contact force curve characteristics of steel ball in plane sinusoidal ball transmission mechanism was concluded when the basic structural parameters were changed separately. Finally, the basic structural parameters of the mechanism are determined by combining the design experience with the theoretical values, which provides a theoretical basis for the optimal design of the contact force of the steel ball in the planar sinusoidal ball transmission mechanism.
