| 摘 要： | 静电作用于水，能杀灭水中细胞，杀菌机制之一是产生了活性氮，如超氧阴离子自由基Ｏ＾－等，杀菌率随处理时间和放置时间而变化。这些解释了静电水“记忆”的不稳定性。
