| 摘 要： | 在分析研究Ｄ级抽油杆杆头螺纹滚丝轮的主要失效形式的基础上，从滚丝轮的制造工艺和冷滚压加工工艺入手，提出了延长滚丝轮使用寿命的具体对策，实践表明，本研究已获得一定的技术经济效益。

| Abstract: | On the basis of the analysis of tho main failure forms on D-grade roller for external thread on the head of sucker rod,beginning with the study of the manufacturing technology of roller and the cool rolling technology,some methods of increasing the life of roller have been provided.The industrial application has shown that the outcome of this study has obtained some social and economic benefits. |
