| 摘 要： | 以山东淄博市临淄城区为例，阐述了城市总体规划中土地定级的应用，讨论了城市中影响土地定级的因素，各因素作用于土地级别的程度，确定了评价模型，并分析了土地定级结果对城市总体规划的作用。
