高炉矿渣助磨机理研究

摘    要:考察复合硬脂酸盐助磨剂对同炉矿渣的助磨效果,引用磨蚀指数概念及IR,SEM等测试胜仗研究助磨剂作用机理,复合硬脂酸盐助磨剂在矿渣表面产生化学吸附,并对矿渣有较好的助磨效果。助磨剂作用机理涉及两个方面,一是助磨剂降价了颗粒表面的断裂强度,强化了物料的表面粉碎作用;二是减少粉磨过程中颗粒的团聚。

Abstract:The effects of composite stearate grinding aids acting on high blast furnace slag is studied in this paper. The mechanism of action of grinding aids is investigated by means of IR, SEM and with the concept of erosion index. The results show that the grinding aids are adsorbed chemically on the surface of slag and make positive effects on comminution. The proposed mechanism of action of grinding aids involves two aspects: The grinding aids decrease fracture strength of the particle surface zone and improve attrition in grinding; In addition, thegrinding aids reduce agglomeration of the fine particles in grinding.
