A Study on the Testability of Nonlinear Circuit Fault Diagnosis

The problem of selecting the testing point of the fault diagnosis of the analog nonlinear circuit is studied in this paper. Based on the concept that "the rank of FEJM is almost identical anywhere", established by the authors, the form of the fault diagnosis equation and its testability in the nonlinear case are also studied.
