| Abstract: | Under the background of curriculum reform of university,the improvement of professionalism of teachers of literature retrieval course is more important.This paper analyzes the present situation of professionalism of teachers of literature retrieval course,points out some deficiencies of teachers of literature retrieval course in the role consciousness,knowledge structure and teaching ability,and puts forward some ways for improving the professionalism of teachers of literature retrieval course. |
