| 摘 要： | 通过TLC及HPLC的方法对青翘及老翘中主要成分连翘酯苷进行定性定量,制定青连翘药材的质量标准.结果表明,青连翘与老翘来源于同一药材的同一部位,但由于采收时期不同,青翘连翘酯苷的质量分数高于老翘,为今后进一步对质量标准进行研究奠定了基础.

| Abstract: | Two important methods of TLC and HPLC were adopted to work out a qualitative-quantitative standard for Qingqiao. The analytical results showed that Qingqiao and Laoqiao came from the same part of Forsythia suspense, but the content of forsythin in Qingqiao was higher than that in Laoqiao with different period of the harvest, it established the foundation for the research work in the future. |
