| Abstract: | At the basic of the western classic media critical theory and the structuralism-semiotics theory,this article traces back to the source of audience theory and makes the signification analysis of the TV-audience.This study attempts to find out what a positive significant that TV-audience could be to civic news.and the internal factor of that the TV audience is significant. |
