摘    要:高校就业指导以人为本是一种基本理念,其重视人的主体地位,肯定人的价值和意义,主张以人为基础,以人为前提,以人为动力,以人为目的,对毕业生的合理需求的满足、毕业生的价值实现的要求、毕业生的全面发展愿望等给予系统全面的关怀,体现把毕业生作为就业指导的主体和中心,一切以毕业生为根本的人本主义思想。

Abstract:The principle of "people-centred"applied to employment instruction in colleges and universities is an idea that pays special attention to man's subject status and affirms man's value. It advocates that man should be the basis, the prerequisite, the impetus and the purpose in employment instruction. Systematic and overall concern should be given to meeting the needs of the graduates, the graduates' request of value -realization and their desire of all-round development.The idea embodies humanism in which the graduates are the subject and center in employment instruction
