摘    要:跆拳道是一项对抗性强、竞争激烈的运动项目,因而对运动员的身体能力提出了较高的要求,本文从生化角度分析该项目的供能特点,遵循生化原则,开展有针对性的训练,进一步提高技、战术水平,为取得高水平的运动成绩打下坚实的基础。

Abstract:The Tae Kwon Do is an antagonism is strong,the competitionintense movement project,thus set a higher request to athlete'sbodily ability.This article analyzes this project from thebiochemistry an- gle to energize the characteristic,follows thebiochemistry principle,the development has the pointed training,further enhances the technique,the tactical level,is obtains thehigh level the movement result to build the solid foundation.
