高校教学秘书队伍建设刍议

教学秘书作为基层教学事务的管理者,其工作好坏直接关系到教学质量的高低。当前,由于思想观念及制度上的原因,部分高校教学秘书队伍结构不尽合理,整体素质不高,在一定程度上影响和制约了高等教育的发展。因此,要从战略的高度进一步重视和加强教学秘书工作,建立和健全科学合理的高校教学秘书的选聘、考核、激励、培养等机制,以促进教学管理水平的不断提高。

A Preliminary Study on the Construction of Teaching Affair Assistants Team in Higher Institutes

Teaching affair assistants,as teaching affair handlers at the grass roots,are crucial to teaching quality.Nowadays,due to such reasons as notions and system,this team in some higher institutes is structurally unreasonable,and not of high profile in general quality,so as to be deleterious to the development of these colleges and universities to some degree.Therefore,the construction of this team should be strategically attached importance to and strengthened;it is also conducive to enhancing the level of teaching affair management to establish and complete their engagement,assessment,encouragement,cultivation and so on.
