变电站标准化红马甲设计

针对国家电网公司大力推行标准化作业和浙江省电力公司“准军事化”管理要求,本文设计了一套新型的变电站红马甲,采用高标准防电弧材料制作,配置了各种口袋,以及一条可拆换的反光文字条,它既能起到操作监护人身份识别的作用,又能够方便携带倒闸操作常用工器具和物品,满足了变电运维标准化作业的要求,并能够在一定程度上降低操作人员电弧灼伤的风险.

STANDARDIZED RED VEST DESIGN IN SUBSTATION

For the National Grid vigorously promoting the standardization of operations and Zhejiang Electric Power Company＇s ＂paramilitary＂management requirements,this paper designed a new substation red vest,made with a high standard of anti--arc materials,and providing a variety of pockets and a removable reflective text. The vest can both identificate operation guardian,and be easily used to carry tools and other supplies commonly used in switching operation. It meets the standard operating requirements in substation.and to a certain extent.reduces the risk of electric arc burns.
