马克思城乡关系思想对西藏乡村振兴的启示

乡村振兴是时代发展之需,更是人民美好生活向往。习近平总书记于2019年6月在《求是》杂志上发表重要文章指出,乡村振兴战略是党的十九大提出的一项重大战略,是关系全面建设社会主义现代化国家的全局性、历史性任务,是新时代"三农"工作总抓手。根据我们党实现社会主义现代化的目标,到2020年农村贫困人口实现脱贫。因此,"乡村振兴"和"农村脱贫"是当前我们的重点任务,更是新时代全面建成小康社会的关键所在。立足全国脱贫攻坚和乡村振兴全局,由于地域封闭、发展缓慢及观念落后等原因,西藏的农牧区经济整体上还处于落后状态,急需我们脱贫攻坚。马克思基于生产力发展提出的城乡关系思想,是正确认识城乡关系发展的科学理论,更是助推西藏城乡协调发展的指导思想,对西藏农牧区乡村振兴具有重要的现实意义。

The Enlightenment of the Marxian Theory of Urban-rural Relations on the Revitalization of Tibetan Villages

The revitalization of villages is the necessity of the time and the hopes of people for a better life.The General Secretary Xi Jinping published an article in QIUSHI Journal in June 2019 asserting that the revitalization of villages proposed in the 19 th CPC National Congress is of strategic significance.The revitalization of villages is the historical task of the all round construction of the modernization of socialism.It is the main task of the work of"agriculture,countryside and farmers"in the new era.According to our Party’s goal of realizing socialist modernization,by 2020,the rural poor will be lifted out of poverty.So the revitalization of villages and the shaking off poverty are the key task at present.It is also the key to build a moderately prosperous society.However the villages in Tibet are backward in development due to lag of conception and enclosure of the area.So it is urgent to shake off the poverty to achieve the all round revitalization of villages.The Marxian Theory of Urban-rural Relations Based on Productive Force Development is a key to accelerate the co-development of the urban and rural areas.It is also the guiding ideology to promote the coordinated development of urban and rural areas in Tibet,and has important practical significant meaning for the revitalization of the villages in Tibetan areas.
