| Abstract: | The incorrectness of the formula for calculating the damping orifice on the valve plate of axial piston pump, which appears in trial editions of text book for higher education in this country or in the relevant design hand-books, is pointed out in this paper. The reasons of its occurrence are analysed and the correct calculation method is developed. |
